In Loving Memory of Rev. Fr. Ronnie Pontius Perera

Rev. Fr. Ronnie Pontius Perera, of the Archdiocese of Colombo, passed away on Tuesday, 24th December 2024. He was the beloved son of the late Mr. G. Carlo Perera and the late Mrs. P. Elizabeth Cooray.

To allow the public to pay their respects, his remains will lie in state at the Sacred Heart Church, Mattumagala on Thursday, 26th December, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. His remains will then be transferred to St. Mary’s Church, Maggona. The Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 27th December at 3:00 p.m., followed by burial at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Maggona.
